John W. Theriot received his Bachelor of Science from Nicholls State University in 1983 and immediately joined Malcolm M. Dienes and Company. He received his Master's in Accounting from Tulane University. He has served as the firm's managing partner since 1999. Mr. Theriot is very active in the community

As a member of the Louisiana State Society of CPA's, he serves or has served on the following committees: Insurance Legislation Task Force, Federal Taxation, Accounting and Auditing Standards, and Litigation Support.

Mr. Theriot is a Certified Forensic Accountant.

Mr. Theriot is experienced in tax compliance and tax planning for individuals, corporations and partnerships. He is experienced in the audit of small businesses, mergers and acquisitions, dissolutions, expansions and retirement plans. He also manages the firm's litigation support department serving as an expert witness in various legal venues to include, but not limited to, economic wage loss, loss of profits and business valuations.

Bobby Sperandeo received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1970 and his Master of Business Administration in 1972 from Loyola University of New Orleans. He began working in public accounting in 1970 and received his CPA certification in 1974. He has been with the firm since 1982 except for two and one half years working in private industry.

Mr. Sperandeo is active in the firm's audit and tax services. He has extensive experience in cemetaries, construction companies, financial institutions, funeral homes, insurance companies, non-profit organizations, profit sharing plans, schools, sugar cane plantations and wholesale distributors.
